- Focus on what you can gain instead of what you can lose. Obsessing over all the things that can go wrong only increases anxiety and puts your focus on the things you “shouldn’t” do instead of the things you “should” do.
- Think: “If I exercise regularly, I will look great.” You will be optimistic and eager to exercise every day.
