As life continues, news on the MoveOn.org smear of General Petraeus is being lessened. But what sticks in my mind is one comment by Senator John McCain. Regardless of your political leanings, you have to consider it.
Sen. McCain essentially stated (I am paraphrasing as I cannot find this quote, but have seen this reported on several news stations)
It’s disgraceful, it’s got to be retracted and condemned by the Democrats. If they cannot stand up to MoveOn.org how do they expect to stand up to the threats against this nation.
